　　如何向国外及邮局（中心）索取集邮报导？

　　方法简便，可以直接去函向各邮票发行国或地区的邮总索取。信封写法：

　　ＸＸＸ　GENERAL POST OFFICE

　　通常对方接到您的信，欧美国家一星期内可获回音。其他地区快则一星期慢亦不超过一个月，一封马达加斯加的邮总答覆，三个月后收到让我惊讶不已。个人于1990年发出６０封索取信，结果得到４０餘国回应。时至今日尚有义大利、星、马、澳、纽、巴林等十餘国寄赠。现今各地的集邮报导已用彩色印刷，精美漂亮十分抢眼。有兴趣的邮友不妨逕函索取.
内里必须附一简信说明要索取集邮报导，这样人家才会晓得你要甚麼。只要将你懂得的英文用上去即可。信例如下:

Dear sirs,

I am a stamp collector in Taiwan and I hope to receive currently your philatelic Bulletin issue in recent.

Thank you very much and hope to hear from you soon!

With my best regards.
Sincerely yours,
